This Court was not inclined to entertain the application.

Shri D.V. Chauhan, the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions from the son of the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the application reserving liberty to move a fresh application if there is no significant progress in the trial in the coming six months.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, if there is no significant progress or development in the trial in the next six months, the applicant is permitted to move the learned Sessions Judge for bail, which application shall be considered on its own merits.
