The learned Registrar (Judicial) has refused the registration of the appeal as per the order dated 13th August, 2019. It was for non-removal of the office objections. 2.

Now, the appellants undertake to remove all office objections.

Hence, there is delay of 400 days in filing restoration application. The reasons are convincing in both the applications. Hence the order:-

Both applications are allowed.

ii.The delay caused in filing restoration application is condoned subject to removal of the office objections within a period of seven days.
