By this appeal, appellants have challenged the impugned judgment and award passed by the 8th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati in LAC No. 19/2012. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Mrs Shamshi Haider, learned AGP waive service of notice on behalf of respondents Nos. 2 and 3. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) No. 1631/2022 By this application, appellants are seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed on 08/11/2021 passed by the learned 8th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati in LAC No. 19/2012.

On depositing the entire balance amount along with statutory benefits within a period of ten weeks, the effect, implementation, execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed in LAC No. 19/2012 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
