DATED : AUGUST 3, 2016 A direction is sought to employer to release salary of the petitioner. The petitioner complains that he has not received salary for last ten months.

Adv. Kasat appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that as and when grants are released by the State Government, salary is being disbursed. He further adds that no exception has been made in the case of petitioner and there is no discrimination.

In this situation, as petitioner is not complaining of any hostile discrimination in the

2/3 matter of payment of salary, we find the prayer in the civil application as misconceived.

However, when this order was being passed, Adv. Parchure informed that the College receives very meagre amount as reimbursement and it has to arrange for salary from its own resources. If that be the position, we grant applicant/petitioner leave to submit appropriate application to respondent nos.2 and 3 claiming his salary. If such application is moved within two weeks, respondent nos.2 and 3 shall pass appropriate orders upon it within next two weeks.

Keeping all rival contentions in that respect open, we dispose of civil application. JUDGE JUDGE khj
