Perused Maharashtra Act No.XXIX of 2015 which has been published on 17th of August, 2015. As per said enactment the elections prayed for in petition cannot be conducted before 31st of August, 2016. In view of this position, keeping all contentions of Advocate Patil open and with liberty to move this Court again, if elections are not held within reasonable time thereafter, we dispose of this petition. No costs.
