Matter is being considered by this Court since yesterday. Today original records have been produced for our perusal. We find material with respondent No.1 insufficient to rebut the contentions of petitioner. Hence, we grant oral leave made by learned counsel for respondent No.1 and permit them to take appropriate decision afresh on objections raised by petitioner under Section 13(2) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and to communicate it to all concerned as per law.

In view of this, challenge in the petition is rendered infructuous. It is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
