DATED : 17/04/2018 By order dated 16/03/2018, it was proposed that Shri D.S. Zoting, former Judge of this Court should be the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties, and the Registrar (J.) was asked to seek disclosure from him as per Sections 11 (8) and 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act of 1996").

By communication dated 03/04/2018, Shri D.S.

Zoting, former Judge of this Court has informed that he is willing to act as Arbitrator in the matter and has also submitted the disclosure as required by Sections 11 (8) and 12 (1) of the Act of 1996.

In view of the above, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

a) Shri D.S. Zoting, former Judge of this Court is appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

b) The applicant shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with the Registry of this Court towards processing charges within four weeks. c) The application is allowed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
