On 04.11.2025, this Court has passed the order stating that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent towards full and final amount towards arrears.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has brought Demand Draft of Rs.1,00,000/-. Toady, the respondent - Toufique Parvej s/o Azijuddin Khan is present before the Court, I have interacted with him, he is ready to accept the Demand Draft of Rs.1,00,000/- towards full and final settlement. Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition as the settlement is arrived between the parties. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the Demand Draft of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent - Toufique Parvej s/o Azijuddin Khan, infront of me. The petitioner is also present before the Court. 6.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
