Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers. It is also informed by the learned APP that the trial is in progress and 27 witnesses are already examined. As far as the examination of the Investigating Officer is concerned, which is pending since last six months. As per the submissions of the learned Counsel for the applicant that the direction can be given to the trial Court to examine the Investigating Officer expeditiously.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
