The applicant is arrested in 73/2018 registered under Section 354(a)(d) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3(1)(w), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act. The complainant Sau. Vishranti Anil Sadar lodged report 28.03.2018, the gist of which was that one Manish Motiram Hage, with whom the informant was in relationship at some point in time, used to hurl abuses on the informant in telephonic conversation. Several other allegations are also levelled in the complaint and the statement recorded under section 161 of the Cr.P.C. However, the only role attributed to the present applicant by the complainant is that the present applicant pressurized or forced the complainant to telephonically converse with the said Manish Hage. I have seen the case

ba493.18.O.odt 2 papers. It is not even the allegation of the complainant that the present applicant hurled casteist abuses etc. In this view of the matter, I am inclined to allow the application. The applicant shall be released on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall report the Police Station Channi, Tq. Patur District Akola on every Monday and Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon till the filing of the charge-sheet.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner and shall cooperate with the investigating agency.
