This petition takes exception to the order dated 14th March, 2024 passed by the respondent no.3-Additional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur in Case No. 05/SRV/43/2023 Mouza Katol, District, Nagpur. 2.

Against the impugned order the petitioner has already filed the appeal before the respondent no.1. The grievance in the present petition is that the appeal is not being taken up for hearing. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no.1 shall decide the appeal filed by the present petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3.
