wp2814 & 2815.14 Respondent No.2 / The Joint Director, High Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, has filed affidavit enclosing with it copy of order dated 25.7.2014 issued by respondent No.1. As per that order, withheld salary of all forty-seven lecturers, including the petitioners before this Court, is to be released.

It is, therefore, apparent that the grievance made by the petitioners is already redressed. Therefore, the writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
