Heard.

The applicant, who is a retired Tahsildar is apprehending his arrest in Crime 149 of 2018 registered at Police Station Dharni for offence punishable under section 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477(A) read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perusal of the material on record would reveal, that the only culpability which is alleged is that the applicant - Tahsildar did not verify form - 4 and in particular failed to notice that the said form did not bear the signature of the labour.

In view of the nature of the accusation and the material on record, this application shall have to be allowed. The application is allowed.

In the event of arrest in crime 149 of 2018 registered at Police Station Dharni, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.

aba327of18.odt 2 The applicant shall attend Police Station, Dharni every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet.

The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.
