ATED : 11th January, 2021 This is an Application seeking condonation of delay of 134 days in filing the Second Appeal.

Heard both sides. Perused the contents of the Application. On a perusal of the same, I am satisfied that the delay is properly explained in paragraph no. 2 of the Application and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay.

In view thereof, the delay in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. The Appeal be registered.

In the meantime, office objections be removed within a period of two weeks failing which costs of Rs. 1,000/- (rupees one thousand ) be deposited with Vidarbha Lady lawyers'
