Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
This Court as per its judgment and order dated 26/02/2020 has dismissed the appeal and allowed the cross-objection.
Accordingly, the appellants want to deposit the balance amount of compensation. Due to COVID situation, it could not be deposited earlier. Though the amount is not mentioned in the application, learned Advocate Shri Parihar for the appellants submits that he is having a cheque for Rs.23,81,987/-. This Court has already granted permission to respondent No.1 to withdraw the amount along with the interest. Hence the directions.
The appellants are permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.23,81,987/- within a period of 15 days
fa.851.18 2/2 from today. Nazar is directed to pay that amount to respondent No.1 by transferring it in his account subject to personal verification and giving bank details.
The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
