In all these petitions, a prayer is made to direct the respondent/authority to pay the petitioners as per the minimum payscale at the lowest grade in the regular pay-scale extended to the regular employees holding the same post.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the order of this Court, dated 22/11/2024 at Principal Seat at Bombay, passed in Writ Petition No.16763 of 2024 (Akram Harun Shaikh and Ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors) with other rkn

101 to 103.odt connected petitions, and submits that petitioners' cases are covered by the said judgment.

Since the petitioners have not made any representation, pointing out the above referred order of this Court, we direct the respondent/authority to treat the present petitions as representations, in their respective matters, and the same be decided in light of the above mentioned order passed by this Court, within 10 weeks from today. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petitions along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today. 6.

If any adverse order is passed by the respondent/authority, the same shall be communicated to the petitioners, within two weeks thereafter.
