The petitioner seeks to add the additional ground of challenge in the petition. The amendment is allowed. The amendment be carried out forthwith.

Writ Petition No.1548/2022:

Despite service, there is no appearance today on behalf of the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 17.06.2022 the respondent no.1 has deducted some amount from the gratuity amount due and payable to the petitioner.

We find that the challenge to the order of deduction from the amount of gratuity payable to the petitioner needs consideration. Despite pendency of the writ

Stand over after three weeks.

In the meanwhile, there shall ad-interim relief in terms of amended prayer clause (d-1).
