The applicant, who is Assistant Programme Officer is apprehending his arrest in Crime 149 of 2018 registered at Police Station Dharni, District Amravati for offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Perusal of the material on record would reveal, that the only culpability which is alleged is that the applicant did not verify Form-4 and facilitated the commission of the crime.

In view of the nature of the accusation and the prima facie material, this application shall have to be allowed.

The application is allowed.

In the event of arrest in Crime 149 of 2018 registered at Police Station Dharni, District Amravati, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount. 7.

The applicant shall attend Police Station, Dharni every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet.

The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.

9.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner. JUDGE adgokar
