Applicant Shree Kumar son of Purushottamdasji Mohta pointed out that liability of deceased as Director of Company in liquidation has not been determined and his legal representatives have not been brought on record. Prayer therefore is to declare the matter as abated. Advocate De for Official Liquidator pointed out that proceedings under Section 542 and 543 of the Companies Act are already disposed of by this Court and no liability could be fixed on any Director. In view of this, civil application is disposed of as infructuous.
