Adjournment is being sought as Mr. M.V. Mohokar, learned Counsel for petitioner is unwell. Mr. Anilkumar, learned Counsel for the respondent no.3, submits that challenge in the petition is only to the show-cause notice. Order of dismissal is already passed and the petitioner has preferred departmental appeal against it on 10.7.2017.

In view of this these developments, it is apparent that the challenge in the petition is rendered infructuous. Thus, keeping all contentions of petitioner open, we dispose of the present petition.
