FEBRUARY 15, 2021 At the time of hearing, it transpired that chargesheet is filed in both these matters during the pendency of the criminal applications. Hence, learned advocate for the applicants in both these matters, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the criminal applications with liberty to file discharge application before the trial Court. The criminal applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
