Heard.
Mr.M. Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that, since the learned Counsel for the Respondent/Nagpur Improvement Trust has made a statement that, on account of it's abolition, the Nagpur Improvement Trust would not be charging half percent (0.5%) cess under Section 77 of the Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, the present Public Interest Litigation is disposed of by taking on record the statement made on behalf of the Nagpur Improvement Trust.
No order as to costs.
