DATED : OCTOBER 5, 2017 This application is filed by respondent nos.1 and 2 for withdrawal of amount.

Amount as per award is stated to be deposited to the extent of Rs.7,65,000/- towards compensation by appellant in this Court.

Mrs. Taiwade, learned Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, prays for withdrawal of 75% of aforesaid amount for the grounds mentioned in para 3 of the application.

There appears no sufficient ground for withdrawal of aforesaid amount. In the circumstances, respondent nos.1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw 50% of the aforesaid amount on furnishing surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining 50% amount be deposited with any nationalized Bank initially for a period of 24 months.
