NOVEMBER 13, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) The present petition is directed against the order 20/07/2020 passed by Additional Collector, Nagpur in Rent Conrol Appeal No.17/A-71(2)/2008-2009 whereby the order dated 31/08/2000 passed by the Rent Controller, Nagpur in Revenue Case No.158/A-71(2)/1984-85 was quashed and set aside.

3) Learned counsel for both the parties submit that now proceeding for eviction is going on before the Small Cause Court and now in the said proceeding evidence is going on. 4) In view thereof, without going into the merits of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of. All the points are kept open.
