17/07/ The present application is filed by one of the sister of respondent Nos.1 to 10. The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 10 have no objection to add sister of respondents as party respondent. Application is allowed.

Necessary amendment to be carried out in appeal memo as well as Land Acquisition proceedings within a period of two weeks.

The appellants to carry out amendment in appeal memo and respondents to carry out amendment in LAC.

The present application is filed by respondent

2 11 fa 155-2022 Nos.1 to 10 to correct the name of the respondent Nos.2 to 9. The application is supported by affidavit of Advocate. True copies of Aadhar Card are placed on record.

The respondent Nos.1 to 10 are allowed to correct the name of respondent Nos.2 to 9. As such, necessary amendment to be carried out by the applicants within a period of two weeks.

Respondents to carry out amendment in L.A.C. No.06/2017 within a period of two weeks. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
