By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 09.12.2015 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in Land Acquisition Case No.12/2008. During the pendency of the appeal by the order dated 13.12.2019, the stay was granted on condition that the amount shall be deposited within eight weeks. Now the appellant has already deposited the entire decreetal amount along with the interest. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the effect and operation of impugned judgment and decree dated 09.12.2015 is hereby stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
