By preferring this revision application, the applicant has challenged the order of maintenance granted by the Family Court.

During the pendency of this revision application, being it is a matrimonial matter it was referred for mediation. During the mediation process, both husband and wife arrived at a settlement and in view of settlement terms, they both have agreed that the present criminal revision application shall be disposed of. They are also agreed to file divorce petition by mutual consent. 3.

In view of the settlement before the Mediator, the matter is disposed of.
