The appellant shall file private paper-book within six months, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

CIVIL APPLICATION F. STAMP NO.11140/2013 Until further orders, there shall be interim stay to the execution of the impugned order on condition that the appellant deposits the entire amount as per the impugned order with the Registry of this Court till 06.05.2015. If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, the interim order shall stand vacated and the civil application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. '

If the amount is deposited within stipulated time, place the civil application for further consideration on 15.06.2015.
