The allegation against the applicant is that she slapped the deceased Pravin Gahane in public view and due to the humiliation Pravain Gahane committed suicide.

I am satisfied, that at least at this stage, it is difficult to say that the applicant had the mens rea or the intention to drive the deceased to commit suicide. 4.

The applicant-woman is entitled to bail.

The applicant is directed to be released on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Police Station Sindewahi on every Monday till the filing of the chargesheet. 7.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner and shall cooperate with the investigating agency.
