10th June, 2016 The State has moved this application thereby seeking extension of period by four weeks in so far as sanctioning the staff strength is concerned.

Heard.

The classes of the National Law University would be commencing from 1st August, 2016. Prior to that, the selection and appointment of staff will have to be completed.

In that view of the matter, though we find that

sufficient time was granted, we grant time by way of last chance till 24th June, 2016. It is made clear that no further time will be granted and in case the necessary orders regarding sanctioning the posts are not issued by that date, we will be constrained to take such action as may be found appropriate in the facts of the case. Stand over to 27th June, 2016.
