The applicant/respondent No. 3 has moved this application for permitting him to deposit the enhanced compensation amount in terms of the judgment dated 30.07.2024 passed in the first Appeal in the Court, for which the appellant has no objection.

Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No. 3 also submits that a Cheque is ready and he is going to deposit the same by 20.06.2025.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to deposit the compensation amount in the Court by 20.06.2025.

Upon encashment of the cheque, the amount shall be paid to the appellant within 3 weeks, as per clause 10 of the judgment and order in First Appeal No. 1228/2018, in her bank account through RTGS/NEFT, on her furnishing the details of her bank account. 6.

Application is disposed of.
