The applicants seek pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.188 of 2018, registered by the non-applicant against the applicants and seven others. The learned advocate for the applicants has pointed out from the first information report that names of the applicants are not referred in the complaint lodged by the complainant. The applicants claim to be agriculturists and specifically state that they are not involved in any other crime /offence.

Though the application is opposed by the nonapplicant/ Investigating Agency, the learned A.P.P. has not been able to point out any prima-facie material against the applicants which necessitates their custodial interrogation. In the facts of the case following order is passed:

2 aba332.18 In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.188 of 2018, registered by the non-applicant, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond for Rs.Twenty Thousand each with two solvent sureties in the like amount for each of the applicant.

The applicants shall attend Police Station, Darwha, District : Yavatmal every Wednesday between 10.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. till the charge-sheet is filed. The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE RRaut..
