DATED : 10-06-2025 Applicant-respondent No.3 moved this application for the grant of time to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation with interest in the Court. He also makes a statement that the cheque is ready and he will deposit it within three days in the Court. His statement is accepted.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of. The office is directed to accept the said cheque till 13-06-2025.

3. On deposit of the amount, the same shall be paid to the appellant as per clause/para (10) of the Judgment in First Appeal No.755/2024.
