This Court by the order dated 1 st October, 2014 granted stay to the execution of the impugned award on condition that the amount as per the award shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court within six weeks from the date of the order. The learned advocate for the appellant submits that the amount as directed could not be deposited. Considering the facts of the case, appellant is granted time till 15 th March, 2015 to deposit the amount. If the amount is deposited within the stipulated time, the interim order shall continue. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to the Court.

If the amount is deposited within the stipulated time, it shall be invested in fixed deposit in a nationalized bank for the period of three years, to be renewed every year thereafter till the decision of the appeal.
