DATE : 11.02.2015 The amount as per the impugned award has been deposited. The interim order granted on 22.12.2011 shall continue until further orders.

The amount deposited by the appellant shall be kept in fixed deposit in the nationalized Bank initially for the period of three years and to be renewed every year until further orders. The respondent nos.1 to 4 - claimants are at liberty to file application praying for withdrawal of the amount, if so advised.

The civil application is disposed of in the above terms. FIRST APPEAL NO.1032/2012 The appellant shall file private paper-book within six months, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
