DATE : July 14, 2017 Learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submit that notice to respondent No.5-the driver of the offending vehicle may be dispensed with. Notice to respondent No.6-the owner of the vehicle is duly served but he has not appeared. Both the parties submits that as the matter can be amicably settled, the delay in preferring the appeal may be condoned and appeal may be admitted.

In view thereof application for condonation of delay is allowed. Application is disposed of. F.A. St. No.15012 of 2016 Heard. Admit.
