Heard Shri N.R. Rode, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2.

A notice for engagement of another counsel was served on the petitioners. However, the petitioners have failed to engage a counsel. The Registry was directed to verify, by our order dated 16.5.2016, whether the petitioners have engaged a counsel after the service of notice. The office note dated 8.6.2016 states that no Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the petitioners till that date. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Rule stands discharged.
