Applicant/original accused and respondent no.2/original complainant are present in the Court. They have agreed the terms of compromise placed on record, which are duly signed by them. Same are also duly signed by respective Counsel for the parties. Challenge in this revision is to order dated 26/5/2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Nagpur thereby dismissing appeal preferred by applicant against her conviction for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
Having considered the fact that matter is amicably settled between parties and offence is compoundable under Section 147 of the Negotiable

In the result, impugned judgment dated 26/5/2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur in Criminal Appeal No.293/2013 and impugned judgment dated 17/9/2013 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nagpur in Summary Criminal Case No.24629/2011 are quashed and set aside.
