NOVEMBER 10, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) Present petition is filed against the order of Divisional Commissioner, Amravati dated 18/03/2019, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner came to be rejected. The matter pertains to promotion. It was pointed out that the petitioner has already been promoted on the post of 'Health Superintendent' w.e.f. 31/08/2021, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the subsequent development, he is at liberty to file proceeding before the appropriate authority.

3) In view of above, nothing survives in the petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
