None present. ON 18th April 2007, this Court noticed that an amount of Rs.1 lac is deposited in this Court against the compensation of Rs.2,27,000/-.

The claimants were permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1 lac.

The appellant has not deposited the balance amount. 4.
In the interest of justice, it will be appropriate in my opinion, to grant stay to the execution in the aforesaid background subject to the deposit of entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today.

In case the amount is deposited, there shall be stay to the execution.

In case the amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, the application for stay shall stand rejected without further reference to the Court.

The appeal is pending since 2002, no paper-book is filed. Appellant is directed to file paper-book within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
