After hearing this matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application with a prayer that the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial within six months.

While leave for withdrawal of the application is granted, a specific order directing conclusion of the trial within a stipulated period of time is difficult to be passed having regard to the fact that several under trial cases are pending. However, it can certainly be stated that the trial of this applicant be concluded as expeditiously as possible and if the case is still pending at the stage of committal, it be committed in accordance with law at the earliest and thereafter charge be framed as early as possible. Liberty is also granted to the applicant to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, if there is a delay in commencement of the trial.
