Heard Shri A.A. Syed and Shri Vishnu B. Gawali, learned counsel for the petitioners in respective petitions and Shri N.S. Rao, learned AGP for the respondents. 2.

The matters were filed before this Court as at the relevant time the Presiding Officer was not available in Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur. Now, the Presiding Officers are available and controversy needs to be looked into by that Tribunal in view of Section 19 of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal's Act, 1985. 3.

Hence, with that liberty to the petitioners to move the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, we dispose of both the petitions. No order as to costs. 4.

Interim orders operating shall continue for a period of eight weeks from today and shall cease to operate automatically thereafter, if the same are not continued by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
