The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition as Provident Funds Tribunal has started functioning and appeal is also preferred.

It is contended by the respondent that if appeal is filed, the petitioner be directed to deposit 75% of amount due. However, it appears that this Court while granting ad-interim relief directed to deposit Rs.1,00,00,000/-(Rs. One Crore) within a period of four weeks. Accordingly, the amount was
(2) 22 wp 5133-2024 deposited and ad-interim relief was continued. In view of the submission that Provident Funds Tribunal started functioning, permission is granted to withdraw the present petition. The amount if so deposited in this Court is permitted to be withdrawn by respondent.

The ad-interim relief granted shall be continued during the pendancy of appeal.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
WRIT PETITION NO. 3238 OF 2024 In view of admission in written submission on behalf of respondent that he has no objection upon the amount of damages and interest as shown in Annexure - A of the office summons dated 31/01/2022. It would be appropriate that the petitioner shall deposit 75% amount before the Tribunal. The amount so deposited with this Court while granting ad-interim relief be transferred to the Registrar, Provident Funds Tribunal and be adjusted in 75% amount.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, permission is granted to withdraw the same. Petition Stands dismissed as withdrawn.
