By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.3 in order dated 21.03.2024 in Criminal Application (BA) No.147/2024.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State. Perused the impugned order wherein while considering the application of the present applicant, who is involved in the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the condition was imposed that he shall report to the concerned police station once a month i.e. first Saturday of every month between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. This condition is imposed to secure the presence
(2) 912.appp.904.2025 of the applicant before the trial Court. Thus, as far as the grounds raised in the application are concerned, which are not sufficient to cancel the said condition or modify the same. In view of that, the application deserves to be rejected. Accordingly, it is rejected.
