DATED : 08 - 0 6 -201 The applicants are arrested on 29-3-2018 in Crime 74/2018 registered at Armori Police Station, District Gadchiroli for offence punishable under Sections 65(e) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.B. Jawade fairly states, on instructions, that the charge-sheet is not filed.

The applicants be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.
