The present petition has been filed by residents of village Borgaon (Ch), Tahsil Paoni, District Bhandara claiming a relief that enquiry against respondent no.8 Vithal Atmaram Moharkar be conducted in respect of date of birth, which he is alleged to have tampered in the records, and got the advantage of continuing in service for a period of two months more. Respondent no.8 has already retired on 04.10.2018.

We fail to understand the locus of petitioners to claim such a relief. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
