Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions, submits that the vacant physical possession of the premises in question, has been handed over to the respondent no.2, which position is accepted by Mr. Tekade, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1, 2 and 4, which indicates the compliance of the order dated 20.12.2021, considering which, nothing remains in the petition.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, as the order dated 20.12.2021, stands duly complied with.
