Heard.
The applicant, apprehending arrest in crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, has sought pre-arrest bail.
The accusations against the applicant are that he has assaulted the complainant and his brother by knife causing injuries. In the order passed by the Sessions Court, it is recorded that the injuries appear to be simple. The application is opposed on the ground that the applicant is addicted to drinking liquor and is in the habit of creating scene in the colony.
Considering the nature of the accusations against the applicant and as the non-applicant has not been able to point out that the custody of the applicant is required for
2 aba356.17 further investigation, the following order is passed : In the event of arrest in Crime No.541 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing cash security of Rs.25,000/- and one solvent surety in the like amount.
The applicant shall not enter the colony where he is occupying the quarter at present till the conclusion of the trial.
