Present application is filed by the applicantrespondent nos.1 to 3 for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant on 19.08.2017. The appeal is already disposed of.

This Court has already adjudicated the right of land owner and they are entitled for enhanced compensation at the rate of Rs.650/- per square meter.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. The respondent nos.1 to 3 are granted permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant on 19.08.2017 i.e. Rs.2,25,883/- along with accrued interest thereon. Registry to take necessary steps. Application is allowed and disposed of.
