The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing the instant petition has been served as the petitioner has complied with the order passed by the learned Sessions Court, by depositing an amount of Rs.6,50,000/-, as directed. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner for non-compliance of the order. She submits that since the order has now been complied, the non-bailable warrant may be cancelled.

The petitioner is at liberty to make such a request before the Sessions Court who shall examine the issue and pass an appropriate order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to make an application before the Sessions Court to defreeze his account. Liberty

WP.396.23 is granted. If the application is so filed, the same shall be considered by the Sessions Court on its own merit and in the facts and circumstances of the case, as also the prevailing law.
